Grief is normal after the loss of a baby. It can change every part of your life: your feelings, thoughts, actions, beliefs, health, and relationships with other people.

Some people say you have to let go and move on with your life, but they don’t tell you how.

Free Healing Circles

The Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) Initiative offers healing circles for women and men who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of an infant. During the 8-week group sessions, grief counselors will give you information to help you deal with your loss. You will also connect with other people who have experienced loss.
